We are seeking a capable and experienced Finance Manager to handle the overall financial management of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily cash and checking what comes in and goes out every day.
. Checking and approving payment vouchers & Arranging and Managing urgent           payment.
. Prepare a payment plan twice a week and get approval from MD.
• Monitor AR/AP, inventory, and production-related costs.
. Check costing and Make Sure expenses are put in the right month and under the right category.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop manufacturing cost control systems and monitor production expenses.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with auditors and government authorities.
• Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and strategies.
• Lead, train, and supervise accounting and finance staff.

• Bachelor’s degree (B Com, B Act) , DipIFR, ACCA,CMA,CPA more preferred .
• 5 t0 7  years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.   
 • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and factory financial processes.
• Advanced Excel skills are required for preparing financial reports and managing accounting data.
• Must have good English communication skill to explain reports clearly to CFO.
• Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
