Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and provide strategic advice to management. The goal is to support sound decision-making, ensure financial health, and drive sustainable growth.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and metrics to provide insights on financial performance
• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and capital expenditures
• Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of Sales Revenue, COGS, OPEX and CAPEX.
• Prepare the monthly GP analysis on the main categories for the management
• Prepare the category performance report and comparison report on quarterly data
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Prepare the yearly sale budget report after checking the data from operation team
• Reviewing AR Aging Report and analyzing AR overdue report and monitoring for collection.
• Recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
• Liaising with both external and internal auditors.
• Reviewing monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) statements and identifying ways to enhance profitability.
• Perform other Ad hoc as assigned by Executive Director and Managing Director.

1. B.Com or other related Degree or Master with Finance, ACCA Affiliate or CPA
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in F & B industry
3. Advance Computer Skills on Microsoft Office, Accounting Software and Database
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
6. Proven Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Procedures, Laws, Rules and Regulations
7. Ability to work under pressure with good attitude
