  • Develop production schedules and workflows, ensuring timely deliveries and high output levels.
  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of quality control standards.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and increase productivity.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and reduce the risk of machine failures.
  • Manage and lead team members to reach company’s goal with the effective and efficient way.
  • Oversee repairs or upgrades of equipment when necessary.
  • Participate in long-term planning and growth initiatives for the company.
  • Contribute to the development of new products or processes to drive business growth.
  • Ads HOD assigned by management team.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
