  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.

  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Identify and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.

  • Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.

  • Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.

  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

  • Prepare and manage the manufacturing budget.

  • Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

  • Develop long-term manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Support new product development and plant expansion projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field

  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field) preferred

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
