Job Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the company's overall day-to-day operations.

- Lead and coordinate Branch Operations, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve organizational objectives.

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve departmental KPIs and overall performance.

- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement effective cost control measures.

- Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's brand image.

- Prepare and present management reports to the Executive Management Team.
