  • Direct Serve as contact persons for all customers.
  • Dealing with hotel, Supplier and customer for daily reservation (booking, cancellation, amendment and other necessary arrangement)
  • Checking hotel & room availability and making reservations according to customer requirement.
  • Arranging domestic hotel for business trip of Oway employee and Oway Ride employee
  • To collect and ensure payment from walk in customer and corporate customer personal for international and domestic hotel for every booking.
  • Assist to Finance team (AP and AR) when they need for invoice in the Procon system.
  • Import data to Procon System for new hotel information for both International and Domestic hotel.
  • Import data to Procon System for daily hotel booking both International Hotel and Domestic Hotel.
  • Update domestic hotel rates on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare payment order lists for Domestic and International Hotel Bookings.
  • Update new domestic hotels in the extranet, including rates, photos, and room types.
  • Prepare refund lists in the CRM system.
  • Upload new hotel photos to the website.
  • Convert all local and international hotel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Follow up on guest payments.
  • Review the rate parity list provided by the BI Team and coordinate with hotels to ensure the best rates or rate consistency with other OTAs.
  • Conduct testing on the Oway website and Extranet, and report findings to the Engineering Team.
  • Assisting the team is required.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in related fields
  • Can solve any complaint local and foreigner customer.
  • Must be Dealing with hotel supplier, Customer, and account payable.
  • Can use MS word/excel/PowerPoint in well, Operations Software
  • Handling customer complaint
