  • Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered web / application interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Lead the UX/UI strategy, ensuring consistency and engagement across products
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity to communicate ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Advocate for the user, ensuring their needs are prioritized in design discussions.
  • Optimize front-end performance and continuously improve user experience based on data and feedback.
  • Fix UI-related issues in collaboration with developers and QA under strict timelines.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, UX Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in the fast-paced IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and analytics-driven design.
  • Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a scalable design system.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with gamification principles and behavioral psychology is a plus.
