A Housekeeping manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the civil work maintenance department …

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Conduct daily team briefings, assign cleaning duties, provide special instructions, and deliver necessary training to cleaning staff.
Monitor and control the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning reports as required.
Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with established SOPs, procedures, rules, regulations, and safety standards.

Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations, facility management, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety, PPE, chemical handling, and emergency response procedures.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email.
