• Itinerary & Quotations: Assist in drafting domestic and international tour itineraries and detailed pricing quotations.
• Client & Booking Support: Respond to client inquiries professionally and provide travel information and itinerary details.
• Vendor & Operator Coordination: Assist in liaising with domestic and international ground operators, hotels, and airlines for bookings and confirmations.
• Tour Leading: Accompany travel groups as an assistant Tour Leader on domestic/international trips when required (with extra allowance provided).
• Operations Support: Keep tour documents, booking files, and operational data neatly organized.

• Age: 20 to 30 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree OR Diploma/Certificate in Tourism & Hospitality.
• Language: Intermediate English (spoken and written) for email communications and international partner inquiries.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel on domestic and international tours.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email management.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or applicants with up to 1 year of travel agency experience are welcome to apply. 
• Soft Skills: Service-oriented, positive attitude, good communication, and strong team spirit.
• Bonus Skill (Optional): Basic familiarity with social media (Facebook/TikTok) or basic image editing is a plus.
