Human Resources

  • Report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, overtime records, payroll, calculation , and HR coordination tasks.
  • Analyze HR-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure employee management complies with Myanmar Labor Law and government regulations.
  • Calculate and process Social Security Board (SSB) contributions.
  • Provide HR advisory support to department heads.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information.

Administration

  • Supervise office maintenance, cleaning, security management, and daily administrative operations.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement processes, and budget submissions.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, company events, and important business meetings.
  • Supervise travel plans, transportation, visa applications, airport pick-up services, and accommodation for foreign business partners, expatriate staff, and local experts.
  • Obtain foreign visa applications for employees travelling overseas.
  • Manage company vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption calculations, and transportation monitoring.
  • Coordinate with Port Authorities and agents regarding imported goods, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
  • Support management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements (Job Specification)

  • Any Graduate.
  • HR Diploma is required. MBA holders will be preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at Executive Level in HR & Administration.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); fluency is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, HR policies, and administrative practices.
  • Able to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working under pressure and in demanding conditions.
  • Experience in consulting or professional service industries is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the company's office.
