Job_Description:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• KPIs and appraisal systems are effectively applied.
• Training and development programs to enhance employee competencies.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Supervise general office operations including facilities,
• Ensure proper maintenance of office premises, vehicles, and company assets.
• Review and update compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
