(1) Welcome new employees to the organization by conduction new enter process including orientation and conduct exit process for employees leaving the organization.
(2) Assist day-to-say operations of the HR functions and duties.
(3) Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
(4) Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation in both physical file and HRIS database carried out in a confidential manner.
(5) Maintain calendars of the HR Team.
(6) Provide administrative support in meetings, interviews, knowledge sharing session, Training and HR related events.
(7) Conduct attendance and leave administration and SSB process of HO and Branches.
(8) Assist in the recruitment process by Job posting, CV reviewing and registering, interview invitation, supporting to interview panel.
(9) Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
