Principle Responsibilities
Prepare all levels of employee monthly salary
Prepare and record monthly statistics data and report to HR Manager
Prepare estimate budget for compensation and benefit for all employee
Prepare for income tax payment
Deduct the late and leave without pay
Calculate and prepare for the payment of employee commission and monthly performance appraisal
Ensure the system adopted is able to provide functions required, store the relevant information and user friendly
Work with the systems consultancy/vendors to resolve issues
Ensure confidentiality in all employees data in the system to ensure accuracy
Be the Super user for the system and train others
