Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
Oversee performance appraisal and staff development programs
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Provide HR advice and support to management and department heads
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support organizational growth and workforce planning

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and people management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Experience in garment or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and HR-related documentati
