Job Description:

• Implement, operate, and maintain day-to-day compliance with HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks handed down by Corporate HR.

• Manage localized recruitment campaigns, localized candidate sourcing, and structured onboarding and induction cycles.

• Oversee core day-to-day HR administration, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance records, leaves, and database entries.

• Maintain structural governance for localized statutory requirements, including Social Security Board (SSB) processes and Personal Income Tax (PIT) filings.

• Lead and supervise multi-regional HR team operations, tracking team members deployed in Yangon and Mandalay branches.

• Facilitate proactive employee relations, driving workplace productivity engagement programs, and handling localized staff grievances.

• Maintain strong reporting alignments and collaborate closely with VSK and Corporate HR leadership.

Job Overview:

• Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Working Day: Monday to Saturday
• OFF days: Sunday and Gazette Holidays
• Work Location: Phone Gyi street, Lanmadaw township, Yangon

• Possession of any recognized Bachelor’s degree; specialized HR education (Diploma in HRM/LRM) is an added advantage.

• For Assistant HR Manager level: 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with at least 1 year managing an HR function/team.

• For HR Manager level: 7+ years of total HR generalist experience with at least 2 years in a strategic line management role.

• Clear capability to navigate corporate-to-SBU workflows and translate high-level policies into robust regional operations.

• Comfortable handling standard statutory frameworks in Myanmar (Labor Laws, SSB systems, PIT tax filings).
