Identify staffing needs in collaboration with operational management
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Coordinate with external agencies and platforms as required.
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and safety awareness, tailored to factory operations.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Administer salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits programs in line with company policies and industry standards.
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration accurately and in a timely.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
Foster a positive work environment, handle grievances, and mediate conflicts.
Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare HR reports for management and Group HR, including recruitment metrics, training records, and benefits utilization.
Support the Group HR in policy formulation and implementation.
Assist in performance management processes and succession planning.

Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in HR management within manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation & benefits.
Familiarity with local labor laws and safety standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, six days a week.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
