Job Overview and Responsibilities;
1. Respond to and investigate identified security issue.
2. Provide technical assistance and support for requests.
3. Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization’s quality standards
4. Installation and integration of hardware in the network, including routers, switches and servers.
5. Infrastructure Support across VMware, Linux, Windows Server.
6. Resolving incidents within agreed service levels.
7. Complete routine weekly maintenance of servers, database system and network elements using established procedure.
8. Proficient in network system, protocols and firewall concepts.
9. Good experience in UNIX/Linux, Windows commands and shell scripting.
