လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်တာဝန်များ

A Good Opportunity for ..

Supervise daily inventory operations for fresh vegetables.
Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and spoilage.
Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and issuance of fresh produce.
Monitor product quality, freshness, and shelf life.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Operations teams.
Track inventory movements using ERP/WMS systems.
Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
Identify slow-moving, damaged, and expired products and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Lead, coach, and develop the inventory team.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
