- To monitor network infrastructure via Network Controller and Server Room. 

- To check monthly all of employees' personal computers. 

- To take IT Security Responsibility for IT infrastructure Security. 

- Troubleshooting hardware and software errors and server errors. 

- Familiar with Microsoft Office and M365 software procedure. 

- Office IT peripherals checking and maintainence like multi-functional printer, printers. 

- Monitoring Digital IP CAMERAS (CCTV) , PABX Systems and DECT phones.

- Make sure to run server 24/7, necessary systems and software.

- Installing and configuring computer systems.

- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

- To check and prepare Software License term, Monthly software charges, Yearly License term and internet fees also.

- Evaluates vendor supplied software/hardware by studying users objectives.

- Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications, evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications.

- Making I.T. knowledge training program for employees.

- Any Graduate

- Diploma in ICT or other equivalent

- At Least one year experience in IT related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal employees. 

- Troubleshooting knowledge for nerwork, software and hardware. 

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. 

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within patameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. 

- Proficient in English 4 Skills

- Driving License (Prefer)
