  • Manage and maintain IT fixed asset records and inventory.
  • Coordinate asset assignment, transfer, handover, return, and employee clearance.
  • Conduct physical asset verification and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate asset repair, replacement, write-off, disposal, and resale.
  • Maintain asset records in Asset Manager, City Family, GLPI, and related systems.
  • Monitor branch assets and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Prepare asset reports and maintain accurate asset and accessory registers.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Any bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management, Fixed Asset Management, IT Administration, or Inventory Control.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data reconciliation skills.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
