1. IT Operations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Set up and configure computers and peripherals
• Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment
• Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for IT equipment (e.g. computers, disk drives, printers, scanners, CCTV and etc.)
• Investigate the error of personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems
• Troubleshooting network connection issues

2. IT Asset Management & Documentation
• Maintain records of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Maintain school IT assets
• Keep proper records of IT assets
• Identify & report to IT Coordinator for IT equipment shortages and place order

3. IT Support & Coordination
• Assist to IT Manager that needed
• Other duties that assigned by supervision staff

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Hardware, Networking) are an advantage

Minimum (1–3) years of experience in IT support or technical roles
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Experience in IT asset management and maintenance support is preferred
