  • Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers using accounting software.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Help monitor inventory movement and cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
  • Support the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ((LCCI Level II/III preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
