Big picture thinking, strong management skills and hard work are crucial. To increase brand value, Marketing Executive will be responsible for effective planning & implementing for promotion.

For this marketing executive position, the duties and responsibilities will be-

-To supervise and motivate promotion team in order to achieve target.

-To check Promotion Areas for Consumer Demand Creation and to set effective promotion plan at least twice in a week.

-To check and report Advertising and Promotion Cost to Marketing Manager.

-To keep update competitor information and marketing information from promotion team.

● Bachelor’s degree required; Diploma or Certificate in Marketing is preferred.
● Age between 24 and 35 years.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG promotion or a similar marketing role.
● Good command of English and computer skills is an advantage.
● Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
● Strong team player with the ability to delegate and coordinate tasks effectively.
● Disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
● Willing to travel and work outside normal hours when required.
