Participate in project design brief meetings and propose requirements and improvements if necessary. 
 Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches, develop solutions and give decisions to support the main contractor to hit the goal and predefined quality. 
 Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information. 
 Find the solution to reduce the risk on project execution phase. 
 Manage current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track. 
 Give technical and managerial support to Project Coordinator. 
 Manage project-related work by ensuring all necessary procurements items are on track. 
 Update the information and drawings are current, properly filed and verified. 
 Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Communicate with Operation team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. 
 Building strong relationship with cross functional team to improve communication channel. 
 Support to the Operation team on the liability period and defect verification process. 
 Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. 
 Align the new recruitment with the team goals. 
 Innovate the new construction method to reduce down the price and duration.

Bachelor degree in Engineering, especially in Mechanical and Civil. 
 Three years' experience in commercial renovation work such as restaurants, banks, hotel, hospital, and etc. 
 Fluent in 4 skill English. 
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. 
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
 Knowledge in Auto CAD 2D. 
 Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. 
 Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Project Management and Leadership certificates.
