Inspection & Maintenance: Perform regular visual and tactile inspections of hydraulic hoses, fittings, crimps, and adapters to identify abrasion, leaks, or signs of wear.
Assembly & Fabrication: Measure, cut, flush, and crimp high-pressure hydraulic hoses to exact specifications using crimping machinery and workshop tools.
Installation & Replacement: Safely remove worn hose lines, install new assemblies, ensure correct bend radii, and install protective sleeving to prevent chafing.
Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing line pressure drops, fluid leaks, contamination issues, and burst risks within fluid power lines.
Documentation: Log hose replacement schedules, record fitting specifications, maintain fluid cleanliness logs, and manage spare inventory.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce high-pressure fluid injection prevention standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Education: B.E. or A.G.T.I. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience, though Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply. (Candidates with a basic understanding of hydraulic systems will be preferred.)
Technical Skills: Ability to understand mechanical equipment and read technical drawings.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel outstation/upcountry and adapt smoothly to different work environments.
Soft Skills: Eager to learn, proactive, and a good team player.
Language: Basic reading and writing proficiency in English.
