1. Build strong relationships with Category Managers, Buyers, and Store Managers at key retail chains.
2. Lead negotiations regarding Annual Trading Terms, listing fees, rebates, and promotional slots.
3. Ensure speed-to-market for new product launches (NPD) by securing shelf space and listing approvals with retail HQs.
4. Ensure our products secure the best shelf positioning (eye-level) and maintain the agreed Share of Shelf (SOS) according to planograms.
5. Monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and coordinate with store managers to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute channel-specific promotions for each accounts
7. Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions)
8. Monitor account receivables and ensure payments from retailers are collected on time.
9. Other related duties as assigned
