An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Proactively identify prospective corporate tenants, conduct high-impact site tours, and lead negotiations to close new lease deals.
  • Act as the primary face of the building, managing "Gold Standard" relationships and handling all tenant inquiries with excellence.
  • Coordinate the entire process from lease offers and contracts to smooth move-in/out protocols.
  • Prepare periodic reports and documentation to track leasing success and tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like M&E, Legal, and Finance to ensure world-class operations.
