  • Respond to all leasing inquiries regarding available retail spaces at the Junction Centre.
  • Meet with prospective tenants and conduct site visits to show available shop spaces as required.
  • Explain the shop application process, collect completed application forms from prospective tenants, and submit them to the Head Office (Leasing Department).
  • Inspect shop displays and monitor tenants' compliance with the shopping centre's rules and regulations, reporting any issues to the Centre Manager.
  • Review the list of lease agreements due for renewal and submit the renewal schedule to the Head Office at least three months in advance. Request updated Letters of Intent (LOIs) from tenants within the required timeline and forward them to the Head Office (Leasing Department).
  • Coordinate shop renovation and handover works according to the Centre Manager's instructions to ensure timely completion before handing over the premises to new tenants.
  • Prepare new lease agreements and lease renewal contracts based on the approved Letter of Intent (LOI), coordinate the signing process with the relevant parties, and submit the completed documents to the Head Office on time.
  • Explain lease termination policies and procedures to tenants and report relevant matters to the Centre Manager.
  • Coordinate with tenants regarding required business documents and leasing-related paperwork.
  • Assist the Centre Manager in lease negotiations, contract finalization, and other leasing administration activities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications.
  • Experience in a shopping centre, retail mall, or leasing environment is preferred, or a strong interest in shopping centre operations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with tenants, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work responsibly under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of shop decoration, retail fit-out, and branded store concepts is an advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in real estate, property sales, leasing, or shop rental businesses are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply if they possess strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
