Operation Training Officer/Manager is responsible for supporting the development of competent, service-oriented, and compliant workforce across KBZPay Centers by executing training, onboarding, and recruitment-related activities. The role ensures that center staff are equipped with the required knowledge, skills, and behavioral standards to deliver consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with KBZPay Center Business Unit policies and SOPs.

Talent Development & Training Execution

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of onboarding, refresher, and role-based training programs for KBZPay Center staff.
• Conduct training sessions, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job coaching as assigned.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback collection.
• Reinforce SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines through continuous learning initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, and assessment facilitation.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure new hires are operationally ready within defined timelines.
• Liaise with ICs, Territory Officers, and Regional In-Charges to align manpower needs with recruitment and onboarding plans.

Training & HR Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance logs,assessments, and onboarding documentation.
• Support reporting on training coverage, recruitment status, and staff readiness to the Talent Development Manager.
• Ensure all documentation complies with HR, L&D, and KBZPay Center Business Unit requirements.

Operational & Center Support

• Provide timely training and manpower-related support to centers based on operational needs.
• Coordinate closely with center IC/2IC teams to address skill gaps and service quality issues.
• Support urgent training or operational readiness requirements as instructed.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all training and recruitment activities comply with KBZPay policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Identify skill gaps, training needs, and improvement opportunities and report recommendations to management.
• Actively support talent development initiatives that strengthen productivity, service quality, and employee engagement across centers.

• A Bachelor's degree (Preferred Business Admin, Management)
• Minimum 3 years in Management Level
•  Relevant Experience in Operation Management and customer service
