We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Planning Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives across the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, monitoring business performance, and supporting process improvement projects to enhance service quality and customer experience. You will possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in operational planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with business units and stakeholders to develop operational plans, coordinate improvement initiatives, and ensure the effective implementation of operational strategies that align with organizational objectives. 

• Support the development, execution, and monitoring of operational plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.  

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful implementation of operational initiatives and improvement programs.  

• Assist in planning and tracking departmental projects, ensuring activities are completed within agreed timelines. 

• Analyze operational data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality through process optimization. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across departments. 

• Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort. 

• Prepare business cases, presentations, meeting materials, and action plans related to operational projects and planning activities. 

• Any Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, or business process improvement roles. 

• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools is highly beneficial. 
• Proficient in written and spoken English
