Position Purpose / Context

To support and coordinate business planning for the development of departmental performance indicators and standards. To analyze the manufacturing cost structure and find the improvement opportunities to optimize manufacturing cost/case. To support WCM implementation across all the manufacturing plants by coordination with capability team. To standardize the manufacturing facility and process by complying QSE requirements and implement across all the plants.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Analyze the manufacturing cost/case data for each of the site and set up supporting plan for Production/ Processing /Maintenance team to optimize the cost within the budget.
• Analyze the production line Performance such as (ME%, USLE, Down Time, Yield Losses etc) and support required data for Production / Maintenance / Processing team for their performance improvement. To support monthly performance data for each of the manufacturing site base on their WTMM Goals and provide innovation idea for improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Safety team to set up required implementation action across the manufacturing area at each site (Calibration, New Product Validation, Process Verification, QSE system compliance) and working together with each functional manager for fully compliance.
• Work together with Capability/Supply Chain Excellence team to set up required Training plan for manufacturing team for People capability improvement and going towards for Plant 100 implementation.
• Direct responsibility to collaborate with Capability/Production/ Processing /Maintenance team to set up required action plan for WCM implementation across the manufacturing area at each site.
• Comply to organization “Food safety Standards and KORE requirements.
• Follow 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule)

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications 

• Min 3 years' related experience in FMCG.
• University/ Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Technical, Analytical & Numerical Ability, Data Analysis Skills.
• Good Communication Skills in Local & English language.
• LCCI (Prefer), Advance Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint (MS Office).
• Leadership/ Team Management Skills.
