  • Maintain and keep updating a record of new/ amended laws, rules, regulation, notification, directive and Myanmar Gazette from Regulatory/ Government and report to Supervisor.
  • Maintain and Keep legal document and company data.
  • Assists in various legal matters.
  • Assisting in the review and prepare drafting of legal documents, contract and advising.
  • Regular updating of contract management database and ensure proper filing system for easy retrieval.
  • Other legal and administrative tasks such as preparing presentation materials, drafting minutes for meetings.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

  • Male Prefer.
  • Any graduated with Diploma in Business law (or) LL.B and LL.M will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
  • Able to work independently, manage and motivate team.
  • Good negotiation skills for dealing with new and existing customers.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
  • Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge and understand management tools.
