** The incumbent will be required to work on-site at our outsourcing company's office.

Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits of KYC profiles as a checker.
  • Monitor documentation accuracy, risk classification, and escalation handling.
  • Conduct routine audits of KYC files across all customer types.

Agent Quality Evaluation

  • Evaluate individual KYC agent performance based on quality metrics and adherence to SOPs.
  • Maintain agent scorecards and track error rates.
  • Share performance feedback with line manager and suggest improvement actions.
  • Identify training needs based on audit findings, agent performance, and process updates.
  • Design and deliver targeted training sessions and refreshers for KYC agents.
  • Collaborate with the KYC Operations Manager and Training team to improve onboarding and upskilling programs.

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate weekly/monthly QA reports highlighting trends, errors, and performance metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or Quality Assurance within financial services or telecom.
  • Effective communication skills to provide constructive feedback and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel.
