* Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
* Lead maintenance teams including Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation personnel.
* Ensure maximum plant availability and minimum downtime.
* Plan and execute annual shutdown and major maintenance activities.
* Maintain Pretreatment, Extraction, Refinery and Utility equipment.
* Monitor performance of Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers and Water
Treatment Systems.
* Ensure proper maintenance of Hexane Handling and Solvent Recovery Systems.
* Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures.
* Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
* Develop maintenance SOPs, checklists and KPIs.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance and Procurement departments.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
* Electrical Engineering knowledge will be an advantage.
* Minimum 8–10 years of maintenance experience in edible oil, solvent extraction, refinery, food
processing or related industries.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, boilers and utility systems.
* Knowledge of PLC, VFD, MCC and industrial automation systems.
* Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
* Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience

* Experience in Soybean, Rice Bran, Sunflower or Groundnut Processing Plants.
* Experience with Hexane Extraction Plants.
