Monitor and control marketing budgets and expenses.
Record and track all marketing-related financial transactions.
Prepare marketing expense reports and budget utilization reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign budgets and cost planning.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Assist in financial analysis of marketing campaigns and ROI tracking.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting related to marketing expenses.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience supporting marketing budgets is an advantage.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
