Responsibilities:

Develop, manage and execute the channel strategy to achieve the targeted Channel volume, Net Sales Revenue, Gross Brand Contribution and Channel Contribution
Define, manage and execute the 5P tactics within the specified channel ie. Product Assortment, Placement, Pricing, Promotion and Perfect Serve for New Launches and National Promotions
Define, manage and execute Brand guidelines within the specified channel, translating this to tangible Brand collaterals in-store in the form of Amenities and Visibilities
Develop strong consumer and customer insights to support the above
Collate and analyze data from back-end systems, market research reports, sales and customer feedback to support the above
Monitor the implementation of the above, and revising the strategy and tactics when necessary
Manage the Channel Budget in a cost-effective manner; evaluate the effectiveness of the promotional funds spent.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years experience in Trade Marketing/ Brand Marketing/ Key Accounts Servicing
Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
Strong proficiency in verbal & written English Language

Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
Able to work independently
