- Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို သိရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး Branch Manager ထံသို႔တင်ပြရမည်။

- Customer relationship ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။

- Marketing Staff ၊ Sale Staff တို႔ထံမှ Daily report များကို စုစည်းပြီး weekly report ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

- Competitor analysis ၊ Competitor profile ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

- Branch Manager မှပေးအပ်သော daily Sale & Marketing plan များကို control ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
