Job Summary
AtoZ Group is seeking a proactive marketing professional to plan and execute brand and trade marketing activities across key channels. This role supports sales growth through effective campaigns, promotions, digital engagement, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement monthly and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
● Execute marketing campaigns to support sales targets and market growth.
● Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
● Manage brand positioning and visibility across product categories and trade outlets.
● Plan promotions for wholesalers, retailers, and modern trade partners.
● Coordinate POSM distribution and ensure timely in-store deployment.
● Manage social media channels and support digital marketing campaigns.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and promotional movements.
● Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver effective initiatives.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand support roles.
● Strong understanding of campaign planning, promotions, and brand visibility.
● Experience managing social media and digital marketing activities.
● Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools is an advantage.
● Experience in trading, distribution, import/export, or FMCG is preferred.
