In this role, the individual needs to have both outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships or alliances. The job requires you to provide product training, after-sales service to merchants and ensure merchants have the necessary POSM materials and have full knowledge to operate the POS terminals and KBZ Pay partner app. In addition, you will be part of the team that is the primary interface to merchants to solve their issues. The specialist communicates with customers through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.

  • Approach internal and external customers individually to promote and consult on digital banking products.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal branches and relevant departments.
  • Achieve KPIs and targets set by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Handle complaints & a problem 
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including incoming calls, referrals from branches.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely completion of processes.
  • Report sales performance and market insights regularly to management.
  • Actively participate in tasks and projects assigned by the Line Manager, Deputy Heads, and Business Unit Head.
  • Communicate and follow up regularly with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Ownership; act as the main point of contact for customers with questions,
  • Requests, or troubleshooting problems of KBZ Pay Partner app or POS.
  • Technical support; process incoming customer inquiries and questions via the telephone and e-mail.
  • Conflict Resolution; assist the customer directly by resolving the incident, redirecting the issue, or escalating the issue to the appropriate team.
  • Customer Documentation; track all customer conversations to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This involves communicating with internal teams when tracking bugs, customer service requests, and feature requests through a ticketing or call center.
  • Product knowledge; maintain an understanding of product knowledge on existing and new features.
  • Customer Training; schedule and teach users how to provide required product (KBZ Pay partner app, portal, POS) trainings to merchants and respective users at outlets within (SLAs).
  • Customer Engagement; proactively call and visits merchants to spark engagement, strategize ways to increase feature usage. Offer new feature demos to users to increase transactions.
  • Customer Advocacy; stay connected with clients often enough to understand their current and future needs, and share this feedback to team lead.
  • Customer Partnerships; track relationships in sufficient detail so that management, salespeople and the marketing department can access information and match customer needs with products plans and offerings.

  • Strong education background with at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in business management, Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years proven working working experience in sales and Engagement field.(more prefer banking related).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Showcase good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar and English
  • Self-motivated with result driven approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding for Sales and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Negotiate on price, costs and specifications with clients and product managers.
  • Merchant segmentation and targeted market approaches.
