Coordinate meetings, events, and corporate activities.
Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to enhance productivity.
Prepare reports and presentations related to office operations and performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in office management or operations management.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
