Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring consistent execution of promotional activities, effective team communication, and continuous improvement of the overall customer experience and business results.

To drive best-in-class customer service, sales performance, and KPI achievement across assigned retail stores through effective team coordination, store monitoring, and performance improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Service @ Retail Store’s with focus on “Best In Class” service.

•  Regular visit to respective areas stores,

•  Meet with stores managers and crew for business update/shop situation.

•  Plan sales goals with Channel Manager and strive to achieve them

•  Accountable for results of Customer Service programs through the Customer Service

•  Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, liaising with visual merchandising

•  Daily communicate and monitoring with store lead and teams

•  Strong cooperation & communication with members and teams.

•  Focus on monthly KPIs achievement and follow up action on teams

•  Drive & support on low performance stores

•  Create action & support plan for low performance stores

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma and equivalent experience in reporting and analytics, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of retail management experience at the assistant manager level or above
• Extensive experience in Sales and managing Sales team in retail, service
• Experience merchandising both hardlines and soft lines

1. Equipped with comprehensive and working knowledge of sales strategies and processes
2. Excellent motivational and leadership skill to inspire performance
3. Ability to work collaboratively with team
4. Need to able to travel nationwide area
5. Command of English and Myanmar language, written & spoken
