• Oversees the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams, ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Manages plant performance to achieve maximum generation, availability, and profitability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power/ Mechanical Power/ Electronic Communication/ Renewable Energy Engineering.

• 7~12+ years of experience in solar power plant O&M (utility-scale preferred).

• Minimum 3~5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
