An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Plan & manage space in the yard area for the cargo’s containers (empty/laden) inbound & outbound for customers’ requirements.
  • Monitor for the export/import process such as MACCS/KCAS and VGM in order to do the process correctly without any deviation.
  • Planning for the daily activities of dry port in advance such as container utilization, movement, transit and reserved for upcoming customer.
  • Develop knowledge for coworkers in the process and algin to work with SOP.
  • Monitoring in FMIS for all job status in order to do close on time.
  • Develop design to manage of location plan for laden/empty container stacking in storage.
  • Provide instructions to the coworkers for their assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate between warehouse team to work smoothly.
  • Plan, manage and adjust the daily workload of staff members to minimize unplanned overtime.
  • Prepare and submit necessary daily/weekly/monthly reports to the HOD.
