• Drive CMMS development and effectiveness
• Undertake 1st line resolution of Maximo issues and training as the departmental “Super user”
• Assets/spare parts coding and numbering, regular review/update tasks and job plans
• Creation of maintenance plans (in Maximo) in conjunction with discipline engineers/ technicians and other departments
• Play key role in PM pillar
• Tag management (Review tags for quality and priority)
• Manage the Materials Resource Planning requirements daily
• Review reorder suggestions checking reorder levels, quantities and stock holding to ensure compliance to the maintenance strategy
• Monitor the stock status to facilitate timely replenishments; raise purchase request or carry out purchasing of items on receipt of instructions as and when required
• Update the BOM (Bill of Materials) system
• Manage stock items including the creation of new materials and the identification/ coding and replacement of obsolete items
• Ensure 5S in spare parts store
• Manage machine records like PM records, failure analysis, post mortem reports and meter-readings
• Keep track and manage on finical record for Engineering Department
• Arrange the necessary work permits prior to the actual maintenance /fabrication/project works by in-house technicians or contractors to comply with company SHE policies.

• Bachelor Degree in mechanical, electrical background.
• 3 to 5 years of experience providing technical support in a manufacturing environment

• Possess leadership skill and self-motivated person
