Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering engaging lessons according to the curriculum provided.
• Assigning work such as homework, assignments, group work, etc., and assess or corrects the work of students.
• Monitoring student performance, and adjusting teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery.
• Setting up exams, assessments, and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements and standards of the state and district.
• Communicating any student issues to academic teams and other relevant staff members.
• Creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
• Encouraging students to think independently and express ideas.
• Counselling students and guardians when problems arise.
• Updating of attendance and assessments result record in timely manner, not later than the set deadlines.
• Building rapport with students so that they feel comfortable and safe.

• Bachelor/Master/ Ph.D. degree holders
• Career Passionate Educators
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Intermediate level in English Language Proficiency
• Fluency in both spoken and written English 
• Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development 
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, attention to detail and learning orientations.
