  • Monitor and audit agent performance across all channels (Inbound, Outbound and Digital)
  • Identify performance gaps and perform root cause analysis to recommend targeted improvement plans that drive CX and sales
  • Prepare Quality Result and VOC Reports
  • Prepare call scripts and conduct training for contact center operations
  • Share updates, process changes and relevant information with agents
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives to enhance CX, service quality and sales performance

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center QA
  • Sense of autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with positive and professional attitude
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Good personality, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Contact Center Software, BI (preferred)
