• Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels, to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and customs documentation.
• Negotiate freight rates and taxes.
• Estimate and establish costs parameters and budget for purchase.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply and  price options
• Work with team members and Assistant Manager (PU) to complete duties as needed

• Age (23 to 30) years around
• Any graduated
• Must have knowledge of Rubber and Export Process.
• Must be used Trade net 2.0
• Knowledge of Supply Chain
• Must be used SAP.
• Proven experience in export operations, logistics, or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Minimum (2) years experiences in Procurement Field (Export)
• Can be used effectively the office application such as word, excel
• Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure.
