As our SCM  Executive, you will: To oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations, ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency. Coordinates the order flow of all domestic and international shipments with oversea/ local suppliers, warehouse, fleet team, logistics partners agent and SCM colleagues.

• Develops strong lines of communication with carriers, brokers, suppliers and warehouse.

• Tracks and documents control of all shipment

• Gathers, organize and shares logistics information to SCM colleagues.

• Supports inventory planning and forecasting in coordination with procurement and operations teams.

• Logistics way planning due to holidays, routing changes etc.

• Examines transportation costs and find areas where they can be cut.

• Need to control on warehouse stock allocation and communicate with stores and internal teams accordingly.

• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records by cross checking with warehouse IB/OB weekly report.

• Coordinates with Finance Team for invoice and payment follow-ups related to logistics and warehouse operations.

• Job role may include other reasonable duties/ tasks from time to time.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Any bachelor’s degree holder.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

• Strong command of both Myanmar and English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with inventory management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
