Job Summary
Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing quality goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and supporting cost-effective purchasing for winery operations in Nyaungshwe Township, Southern Shan State.

Key Responsibilities
● Source and evaluate suppliers to secure quality materials, services, and competitive pricing.
● Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of operational needs.
● Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve value, reliability, and compliance.
● Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier files, and purchase documentation.
● Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to forecast and manage demand.
● Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages, overbuying, and supply disruptions.
● Review supplier performance and support corrective actions when service or quality issues arise.

● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
● 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
● Good understanding of sourcing processes, purchase orders, and inventory control.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or purchasing system experience is an advantage.
● Able to analyze quotations, compare options, and make sound purchasing decisions.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities under deadlines.
● Knowledge of agricultural or winery supply operations is a strong advantage.
