Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for goods and services. (Machine Spare Parts, Electrical Spare Parts and Tools)

- Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

- Request, collect, and compare quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and suitable delivery terms.

- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.

- Monitor stock records and minimum stock levels for machine spare parts, electrical spare parts, and tools to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.

- Prepare and submit supplier payment requests together with complete supporting documents.

- Coordinate the procurement and renewal process for Fire Insurance and other relevant property insurance policies for company facilities, warehouses, machinery, equipment, and other insured assets.

- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely processing of vendor payments.

- Perform other procurement-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· Any Graduate.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

· Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.

· Good Experience in Data analytics skills.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
