Job Summary
Join Pinnacle House Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support sourcing and purchasing activities in Yangon. The role focuses on procurement of engineering parts and services, with a strong emphasis on supplier coordination, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for engineering parts, spare parts, and services.
● Manage purchase requests, quotations, comparisons, and purchase orders accurately and on time.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure required materials and services are delivered to specification.
● Monitor supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and service quality to support operational needs.
● Support procurement for generator spare parts, maintenance services, and technical requirements.
● Maintain proper procurement records, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies.

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
● 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
● Strong experience in sourcing and procuring engineering parts and services.
● Proven background in generator spare parts, maintenance services, and technical support purchasing.
● Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
● Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
